摘 要:知识技能、劳动力流动和健康人力资本及其投资通过对劳动力就业率、参与率、就业机会、工资水平、劳动时间分配等各方面产生显著效应,从而影响劳动力就业的实现。基于人力资本视角,在知识教育质量不变的基础上加强创业型教育和适应型职业教育,提高劳动力身体素质、职业心理素质和社会适应能力,以及确立劳动力人力资本产权和劳动力就业的市场价格机制将是在新的经济发展环境下解决我国劳动力就业困境,成功规避中等收入陷阱的具体路径选择。The knowledge and skills,labor mobility,health human capital and its investment affect the realization of the labor employment through having a significant effect on the labor employment rate,partici- pation rate,employment opportunities,wage levels and labor time allocation. Based on the human capital perspective,to increase the entrepreneurial education and the adapted vocational education without lowering knowledge education quality,to improve the labor body health,occupational psychology quality and social adaptability,and to establish human capital property rights and labor employment market price mechanism are the specific path selections that solve the labor employment dilemma and avoid the middle-income trap in new economic development environment.
