和谐视域中女大学生就业预警机制的构建

摘　　要：构建女大学生就业预警机制对于缓解"用人单位招工难与女大学生就业难"局面,消除性别歧视和不诚信现象,进一步规范人力资源市场等发挥着重要作用。构建女大学生就业预警机制应该遵循三个法则,即科学性法则、系统性法则和预警性法则。构建女大学生就业预警机制首先要确定女大学生就业预警机制的基本内容、指标和警戒线;其次要收集女大学生就业预警机制所需的相关信息;再次要处理女大学生就业预警相关信息和数据;最后要发布女大学生就业预警相关信息。The construction of early warning mechanism of employment for female college students plays an important role in alleviating ＂difficult job placement and difficult employment of female university students＂, eliminat- ing gender discrimination and insincerity, and further standardizing human resources market. Therefore, it should fo^- low scientific, systematic and early warning principles. Moreover, it should first determine its basic contents, indexes and a warning line, then collect and handle the related information, and finally release the information and data.
