健脾扶正汤择时用药联合时辰化疗对晚期胃癌患者生活质量及免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的观察健脾扶正汤择时用药联合FOLFOX方案时辰化疗对晚期胃癌患者生活质量及免疫功能的影响。方法 80例患者随机分成两组,两组均采用FOLFOX方案时辰化疗,21 d为1个周期,2个周期评价疗效。治疗组加用健脾扶正汤择时用药治疗,对照组加用健脾扶正汤非择时用药治疗。14 d为1个疗程,2个疗程评价疗效。观察临床证候变化、生活质量、免疫功能及毒副反应变化。结果两组生活质量情况比较,食量增加:治疗组与对照组分别为75.0%和55.0%(P<0.05);睡眠改善:治疗组与对照组分别为80.0%和57.0%(P<0.05)。免疫功能变化比较,治疗组治疗后CD3+、CD4+/CD8+比值明显高于治疗前(P<0.01),而对照组治疗后CD3+、CD4+/CD8+比值明显低于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论健脾扶正汤择时用药联合FOLFOX方案时辰化疗治疗晚期胃癌能提高患者机体免疫功能及生活质量,延长生存期。Objective To observe the impacts on the quality of life（QOL）and immune function for the patients with gastric cancer at the late stage treated with the selective medication of jianpi fuzheng decoction and FOLFOX chrono-chemotherapy.Methods 80 cases were randomized into two groups.FOLFOX chrono-chemotherapy was adopted in either group.21 days of treatment made 1 cycle.The efficacy was assessed after 2 cycles of treatment.In a treatment group,the selective medication of jianpi fuzheng decoction was applied.In a control group,the non-selective medication of jianpi fuzheng decoction was applied.14 days of treatment made 1 session.The efficacy was assessed after 2 sessions of treatment.The changes in clinical symptoms,QOL,immune function and toxic side reactions were observed.Results In comparison of QOL between two groups,for the increase of food intake：it was increased by 75% in the treatment group and was 55.0% in the control group（P〈0.05）;for the sleeping improvement：it was 80.0% in the treatment group and was 57.0% in the control group（P〈0.05）.In comparison of the changes in immune function,CD3＋ value and CD4＋/CD8＋ were higher apparently after treatment in the treatment group than those before treatment（P〈0.01）.CD3＋ value and CD4＋/CD8＋ were lower apparently after treatment in the control group than those before treatment（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The selective medication of jianpi fuzheng decoction and FOLFOX chrono-chemotherapy improve the body immune function and QOL and prolong the life span for the patients with gastric cancer at the late stage.
