高校廉政文化创建的长效机制

摘　　要：高校廉政文化创建活动对高校廉政文化建设的有效开展有着重要的现实意义。当前各高校的廉政文化创建活动虽然已经取得了较好的进展,但仍存在目标不明、统筹不力、保障滞后、形式单调等问题。新形势下,高校应该不断创新廉政文化创建活动模式,丰富拓展廉政文化创建活动载体,积极构建廉政文化创建活动的长效机制,即领导决策机制、组织运行机制、支持保障机制、监督考评机制和品牌创建机制等,不断为高校廉政文化建设提供理论支持和实践指导。Constructing anti-corruption cultural activities in universities is of great significance in the effective construction of the anti-corruption culture in universities. At present, colleges and universities have achieved good results in constructing cul- ture activities of anti-corruption, but there still exist such problems as unclear objectives, incompetent plans, delayed guaran- tees, monotonous forms and so on. In the new situation, colleges and universities should innovate the mode of cultural activities of anti-corruption, enrich its carrier, and actively construct its long-effect mechanism which includes the mechanism of leaders＇ decision-making, organizations＇ operation, support and safeguard, supervision and evaluation, brands＇ creation and so on. In this way, we can provide the theoretical support and practical experience for colleges and universities in constructing culture activi- ties of anti-corruption.
