绒面彩涂板脱漆缺陷分析

摘　　要：通过扫描电镜以及辉光光谱,分析导致绒面彩涂板在后序加工过程中脱漆的因素。试验结果表明,缺陷彩涂板在彩涂机组预处理段因预处理剂涂覆量不足,以及热镀锌表面轻微氧化生成ZnO,导致涂层与基材附着力下降,造成绒面彩涂板在后序加工过程中表面脱漆。means of S galvanized the organic The factors resuhing in organic coating taking off from the suede color coated sheets was analyzed bv EM, XRD and GDS. The results showed that inadequate pretreatment dosages and ZnO combined on the surface induced the adhesion decreased between the organic coating and galvanized surface, which led to coating taking off from the suede color coated sheets during the pressing process
