中国变态反应性皮肤病变应原检测方法回顾性分析

摘　　要：目的分析近10年来中国变态反应性皮肤病变应原检测方法使用的合理性。方法对中国医学数据库:万方、同方和维普2000～2009年收录的319篇变态反应性皮肤病变应原检测文献归纳总结,并根据各种变应原检测方法原理和疾病发病机制进行分析,判断其使用方法的合理性。采用时间序列分析方法分析不合理方法构成比的变化趋势。结果 319篇文献中,使用合理方法检测变应原的构成比为58.8%,不合理检测为41.2%。且使用不合理方法检测变应原的构成比呈逐年增长趋势。结论中国部分临床医生对变态反应性皮肤病变应原检测方法使用的适应证掌握不准确,使用不合理检测方法占很高比例,有的检测方法使用甚至缺乏科学依据,有待管理部门制定统一标准,使变态反应性皮肤病的过敏原检测更加合理和规范。Objective To analyze the rationality of allergen test methods used in allergic dermatosis during the past 10 years. Methods Three hundreds and nineteen papers refering to allergen test of allergic dermatosis were sumed up which included in wanfang, cnki and vip database from 2000 to 2009. The rationality of allergen test methods was analyzed and judged based on the principle of diffenent methods as well as the pathogenesis of allergic dermatosis. The trend of constituent ratio of the unreasonable methods was analyzed by time series analysis. Result In the 319 papers, the constituent ratio of reasonable methods in allergic dermatosis accounts for 58.8 percent, up to 41.2 percent is unreasonable. And the constituent ratio of the unreasonable methods was increasing year by year. Conclusion Some clinicians have not yet fully master the indications of allergen test method, there is still a large proportion of irrational using of the test methods, some methods even lack scientific basis. Standard of this field should be developed by the authorities.
