摘　　要：生态移民工程是构建节约型社会、实现可持续发展的重要环节。以红寺堡区鲁家窑生态移民建设为例,本着可持续发展的原则,从平面布局、建筑在使用过程中的能源消耗及可再生资源的利用等方面研究适合当地气候条件的适宜技术,为西部生态移民工程建设提供参考。The ecological immigrant project is considered to be a significant process informing economical society and realizing sustain- able development in China. Taking Lujiayao＇s ecological immigrant project as an example, a set of technology and measures adjusting local climate are investigated, based on the principle of sustainable development, from the aspect of site plan, energy consumption in building life circle and utilization of renewable energy. It provides useful information for other ecological immigrant project in western China as well.
