摘  要:我国高等院校数量众多,建筑能耗高于全国平均水平,高校的建筑节能势在必行。对西安市三所高校的七座公共建筑进行了能耗调查,结果显示其能耗水平为327~780 MJ/(m2.a),平均值为512 MJ/(m2.a)。虽然与西安市同类型的社会公共建筑能耗相比较低,但通过改进落后的围护结构、采取适宜的采暖制冷方式等措施,高校公共建筑仍有较大的节能潜力。There are numerous colleges and universities in China, the energy consumption of which exceeds the national average level. Thus, it is d crying obligation to implement energy conservation in colleges and universities in Chinca The energy consumption of seven public buildings in three universities of Xi'an City are investigated. Results show that the annual energy consumed ranges from 327 to 780 MJ/(m^2·a) with the average level of 512 MJ/(m^2·a). Although the energy consumption is lower than the consumption of corresponding public buildings outside the universities in Xi'an, yet there is a huge potential for energy conservation of public buildings on campus in terms of improving building envelopes as well as adopting suitable HVA C modes.
