摘　　要：水泵是西山煤电集团公用事业公司自来水厂主要用电设备。运行中的水泵,止回阀和底阀是管道的主要部件之一。论述了如果将微阻缓闭止回阀和无底阀排水配套使用,将会大幅度提高水泵止回阀的寿命,而且安装简单方便、应用广泛、节能效果显著,能大大减少维修费用。Water pump is main electrical equipment used in Xishan coal electricity group public utility companies. When the water pump is operating, check valve and bottom valve is one of the main components on the pipeline. In this article, it was discussed that if the micro resistance slowly - closing check valve and no bottom valve drainage were used together, the service life of water pump check valve would be greatly improved. Furthermore, the installation was simple, convenient and widely applied. Energy saving was remarkable, and the maintenance cost was reduced a lot.
