摘  要:目的调查分析大连市部分酒店集中空调通风系统的卫生状况,为卫生管理提供依据,预防和控制由空调细菌污染所带来的呼吸道传染病的传播和流行。方法选取10家有集中空调通风系统的单位,分别对空调送风中可吸入颗粒物(PM10)和微生物指标(细菌总数、真菌总数、β-溶血性链球菌);风管内表面的积尘量和微生物指标(细菌总数、真菌总数)以及冷却水中的嗜肺军团菌进行检测和评价。结果送风中PM10、β-溶血性链球菌的合格率为100%,细菌总数、真菌总数合格率分别为73.33%和82.22%;风管内表面的积尘量和细菌总数、真菌总数的合格率分别为83.33%、90.00%和73.33%;冷却水中未检出嗜肺军团菌。结论大连市公共场所集中空调通风系统尚存在一定程度的污染。Objective To investigate sanitary condition of the central air conditioning ventilation system in hotels of Dalian,to provide a basis for sanitary control, prevention and control of air pollution caused by bacteria as well as the spread of respiratorytract infection and popular. Methods 10 units with central air conditioniny ventilation system have been investigated through detection and evaluation of the following indexes:PM10, the total number of bacteria, fungi and β-hemolyti streptococcuy in wind sending outlet, the content of the dust,total count of fungi and bacteria on the surface of air dust; Legioneua pneumophila of cooling water. Results The qualified rate of PM10 and β-hemolytic streptococcus were 100%. The bacterial count and total fungi count were 73.33%and82.22 in air supplied outlet.The qualified rate of the content of the dust, total bacterial count and total fungi count were 83.33%, 90.00%and 73.33% on the surface of airduct. Legionella pneumophila in cooling water were not detected. Conclusions The hygienic problems exist in the ventilated systems in the air conditioners, the health supervision andmonitoring shouid be strengthened.
