汉江襄阳段水环境污染经济损失初探

摘　　要：基于影子工程法和影子价格法对汉江襄阳段环境总成本以及水环境污染经济损失的计算方法作了探讨,构建了计算环境成本以及水环境污染经济损失的公式。根据襄阳市统计年鉴及中国城市统计年鉴的有关数据,估算出1998-2007年间汉江襄阳段水环境污染经济损失,得出以下结论:汉江襄阳段水环境污染经济损失在1998-2002年间大体上呈缓慢下降的趋势,2003-2007年间呈逐年上升的趋势。提出控制汉江襄阳段环境污染问题的建议,对汉江襄阳段水环境的治理具有一定的参考价值。Based on the shadow engineering method and the shadow price theory, the calculation method of the total cost and water pollution loss are discussed. And then, according to the data from Xiangyang comprehensive statistics yearbook and China urban statistical yearbook, it established for- mula on environment cost and water pollution losses. Water environment pollution economic losses of Xiangyang part of Hanjiang River is estimated between 1998 and 2007. It gives the conclusion that Xiangyang part of Hanjiang River water environment pollution is decreasing year by year between 1998 and 2002 ,but increasing year by year between 2003 and 2007. The suggestions for the control Xiangyang part of Hanjiang River environment pollution are given. It has the certain reference value for the management of Xiangyang part of Hanjiang River environment.
