摘　　要：目的:探讨超声心动图与心电图在小儿川崎病早期诊断中的意义。方法:超声心动图与心电图检查川崎病患儿204例,观察是否存在心血管病变。结果:超声心动图检测出61例患儿有冠状动脉等心内病变,发生率达30.0%,心电图检测出119例患儿心电图异常,检出率达到58.3%。结论:超声心动图与心电图对川崎病早期诊断具有重要的临床意义。Objective ： To study the value of the eehoeardiography and electrocardiography in early diagnosis of children with Kawasaki diseases. Method ： 204 cases of children with Kawasaki diseases received eehocardiographie and electrocardiographic examination. Result ： Eehoeardiography detected 61 cases of children with coronary arterial and other cardiac lesions, 30.0% of the incidence. Abnormal electrocardiogram was found in 119 cases, 58.3% of the incidence. Conclusion ： Echocardiography and electrocardiography has an important clinical significance in the early diagnosis of Kawasaki disease.
