摘  要:采用凝固法与生化分析法 ,对亚甲蓝光敏消毒法处理后人血浆中凝血因子与酶活性所受影响进行了观察。向人血浆中加入 1μmol/L亚甲蓝 ,以 2 0 0 0 0lx强度的红色光 (波长为 6 4 0~ 70 0 μm)照射 30min ,血浆中凝血因子Ⅷ促凝活性的破坏低于 2 0 %可接受水平 ,活化部分凝血酶时间 (APTT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)的延长略超过正常允许值 (在照射 2 0min时仍未超过 ) ,血浆中谷丙转氨酶、乳酸脱氢酶。Influence of methylene blue photodynamic disinfection treatment on coagulation factors and enzyme activities of human plasma was observed using coagulation method and biochemical analysis 1 μmol/L methylene blue was added to human plasma which was then irradiated by red light (the wavelength was 640~ 700 μm) at an intensity of 20 000 lx for 30 min Destruction of coagulative activity of factor Ⅷ in plasma was lower than 20% acceptable level Activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT) and prothrombin time (PT) were prolonged slightly beyond the normal allowable values (did not exceed the allowable value after irradiation for 20 min) The activities of glutamate - pyruvate transaminase (GPT), lactate dehydrogenase (LD), alkaline phosphatase (AP) and aspartic transaminase (AT) did not change significantly
