摘　　要：GEDAPLUS杀菌胶为苯扎氯铵与辛氧基酚 (Octoxynol- 9)的混合物。以悬液定量杀菌试验观察其杀菌效果。结果 ,以其 1∶5稀释液对大肠杆菌 ,1∶2稀释液对金黄色葡萄球菌 ,1∶4 0稀释液对淋球菌均作用 30min ,杀灭率可达 10 0 % ,其原液作用 30min可将白色念珠菌杀灭 99 90 %。杀菌效果随菌悬液中小牛血清浓度增加而降低。该液贮存 54℃ 14d 。GEDA PLUS antiseptic gel is a mixture of benzalkonium chloride and octoxynol-9 Its germicidal efficacy was observed using suspension quantitative germicidal test The results indicated that the killing rates of Escherichia coli exposed to its 1∶2 dilute solution and Neisseria gonorrhoeae exposed to its 1∶40 dilute solution could attain 100% in 30 minutes Its stock liquid with a 30 minute contact time could kill 99 90% of Candida albicans Its germicidal efficacy decreased with increasing concentration of calf serum in the bacterial suspension It was relatively stable after storing at 54℃ for 14 days
