对密封性差脉动真空压力蒸汽灭菌器调节柜室压力后灭菌效果

摘　　要：对密封性较差的脉动真空压力蒸汽灭菌器 ,将柜室压力抽至 - 0 0 92MPa ,输入蒸汽后的柜室压力增至 0 0 70MPa。经用热电偶和嗜热脂肪杆菌芽胞菌片检测 ,其布巾包中心维持 132℃时间 ,较抽负压至- 0 0 86MP、通蒸汽压至 0 0 50MPa者平均延长 0 8min ,但其灭菌合格率 (80 % )与后者 (70 % )When the pressure in the chamber of poorly hermetic high vacuum autoclave with pulsing systems was regulated to -0 092 MPa and increased to 0 070 MPa after introducing steam Examined by thermocouple and Bacillus stearothermophilus carrier, the duration of maintaining the center of dressing pack at 132℃ was 0 8 min longer than when the pressure in the chamber [WT10.5,10.25]was regulated to -0 086 MPa and increased to 0 050 MPa after introduction of steam, but the sterilization qualification rate of the former (80%) was not different significantly from the later (70%)
