分级人文关怀应用模式在血液病患者护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨分级人文关怀应用模式在临床护理中的应用效果。方法选自2011年1—6月在血液科住院的患者100例,随机分为研究组与对照组各50例。对照组给予普通护理。研究组在调查研究的基础上,制定分级人文关怀护理服务模式。于患者出院时,采用住院患者满意度和心理舒适度评定。结果出院时,研究组患者的满意度和心理舒适度评分均高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床护理中实施分级人文关怀应用模式,可提高患者的满意度和心理舒适度,有利于提高临床护理工作质量和促进患者的心理康复。Objective To explore the application effect of grading humanistic care application pattern in clinical nursing Methods 100 inpatients hospitalized in the hematological department from January to June 2011 were selected and divided into the research group and the control group, 50 cases in each group.The control group was given the ordinary care. On the basis of in- vestigation and study ,the grading humanistic care nursing service mode was formulated and implemented for the research group. On discharge from hospital ,the effects were evaluated by adopting the patient＇s satisfaction degree and the psychological comfort in 2 groups. Results The scores of the patient＇s satisfaction degree and the psychological comfort on discharge from hospital in the research group were higher than those in the control group with statistical difference between them（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Im- plementing the grading humanistic care application mode in clinical nursing care can improve the patient＇s satisfaction and psy- chological comfort, benefit to improve clinical nursing quality and promote the patient＇s psychological recovery.
