双歧杆菌治疗抗生素相关性腹泻43例临床分析

摘　　要：目的观察双歧杆菌治疗抗生素相关性腹泻（AAD）的疗效。方法选择2005—2009年AAD患者43例,随机分为治疗组28例和对照组15例。治疗组在不停用抗生素的情况下,加用双歧杆菌活菌胶囊2粒（每粒含双歧杆菌0.5亿个）,每天3次口服,服用7~10 d。对照组停用抗生素,并加用口服甲硝唑500 mg,每天3次,连续7~10 d。记录相关不良反应。结果治疗组28例患者,其中痊愈15例,显效8例,痊愈率为53.6%,有效率为82.1%;对照组患者15例,痊愈6例,显效3例,痊愈率为40.0%,有效率为60.0%。两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论双歧杆菌活菌胶囊是防治AAD安全有效的药物,其疗效和安全性较好。Objective To investigate the effect of bifidobacteriaum in the treatment of antbioctic associated diarrhea （AAD）. Methods Total 43 patients with AAD were divided randomly into the treatment group（n=28） and the control group（n= 15）.The treatment group was treated with oral Bifidobacterium Capsules, 2 casules, 3 times daily for 7-10 d including using an- tibiotics. The control group was treated with oral metronidazole 500mg, 3 times daily for 7-10 d without using antibiotics. The re- lated adverse reactions were recorded. Results In the treatment group, 15 cases were cured and 8 cases were excellent effective. The cure rate was 53.6% and the effective rate was 82.1%. In the control group, 6 cases were cured and 3 cases were excellent ef- fective. The cure rate was 40.0 % and the effective rate was 60.0%. Comparing the two groups showed statistical differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Bifidobacterium Capsules is a safe and effective medicine to prevent and cure AAD ,with good curative effect and safety.
