切口保护套对腹部急症手术部位感染的预防作用

摘　　要：目的探讨切口保护套在腹部急症手术中预防手术部位感染的临床应用效果。方法设计一种腹部急症手术保护套,选择本院2011年1月至2012年1月间收治的128例腹部急症手术患者作为观察组,术中使用切口保护套对切口进行保护,选择之前术中未使用切口保护套的100例患者作为对照组,对两组的感染率进行比较。结果观察组使用切口保护套后术后切口的感染率明显降低,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在腹部急症手术中应用切口保护套可显著降低术后切口感染率,值得临床推广。Objective To discuss the clinical application effect of lap-protector in the prevention of surgical site infection in abdomen emergency operation. Methods The lap-protector applied in abdomen emergency operation was designed and used. 128 cases of acute abdomen in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2012 were selected as the observation group and used the lap-protector during operation for protecting incision. 100 cases of previous operation without using the lap-protector were se- lected as the control group. The infection rates of surgical site were compared between the two groups. Results The infection rate in the observation group was reduced significantly compared with the control group, showing statistical difference between two group,s （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of the lap-protector in acute abdomen operation can reduce the infection rate sig- nificantly and is worth for generalization.
