精细化管理在提高医院药房工作效率中的应用

摘　　要：目的优化药房调配速率的各个环节,提高药房处方调配速率。方法根据精细化管理理论,找出影响药房调配速率的主要因素,制定规范的工作程序,优化流程,对存在的问题加以控制。结果建立"精细化管理"流程后,处方调配速率得到明显的提高,人均调配量提高50%,侯药时间能达到10 min内,患者满意度由2010年的75%上升为90%。结论精细化管理理论应用于药房调剂管理,有效缩短患者侯药时间,实现了药房人力的优化,有利于提高药房管理水平。Objective To optimize the each link of pharmacy drug dispensing rate and to improve the pharmacy prescription dispensing rate. Methods According to the fine management theory,the influence factors of the pharmacy dispensing rate were found out ,the standard procedures were formulated, the flow processes were optimized and the existing problems were controlle,]. Results After establishing the fine management flow process,the prescription dispensing rate was obviously in- creased, the per capita dispensing quantity was increased by 50%, the waiting time was within 10 min, and the patient＇s satisfac- tion was increased from 75% in 2010 to 90%. Conclusion Application of the fine management theory in the pharmacy management can shorten the waiting time of the patients, reahze the manpower optimization of the pharmacy, and benefit to improve the pharmacy management level.
