摘  要:采用CFD技术对三峡水轮发电机空气流场进行了数值计算。首先应用三维造型软件建立了计算模型,然后通过Parasolid导入Gambit划分网格,使控制方程在计算区域得到离散,最后把网格文件导入求解器中经合理设置后进行求解。计算得到了电机各部位的流体速度与静压分布云图,充分展示了空气在电机内的实际流动情况,有利于对冷却系统的优化设计。In this paper, the air flow field of Three Gorges hydraulic turbine generator is calculated by CFD technique. Firstly, 3 D modeling software is used to establish the calculation model. Secondly, grid is made by Gambit imported from Parasolid, which makes the control equation discrete in calculation region. Finally, the grid document is imported to solver after being reasonably set. The air flow velocity and static pressure distribution charts of various positions of generator are acquired by calculation. It fully demonstrates the practical circumstance of air flow in generator and benefits optimal design of ventilation system.
