摘　　要：针对国外某重油电站项目,设计了基于可编程逻辑控制器和监控组态软件的集散控制系统,阐述了系统的软硬件组成、网络结构、控制逻辑及监控功能,并对项目开发过程中遇到的信号传输等问题进行了分析,就专家系统等涵待改进的地方提出了解决方案。The distributed control system（DCS } based on Programmable Logic Controller I PLC） and the Supervision Control And Data Acquisition（SCADA} for a heavy oil power plant project abroad. This paper describes the software ＆ hardware, the network configuration, the control logic and monitoring of the system, then analyzes the signal transmission and the other problems encountered in the process, finally puts forward solutions of expert systems, etc. for improvement.
