摘 要:国内某钢厂棒材生产线在生产12 mm规格棒材时,发现其棒材轧机精轧机组主齿轮箱振动异常,齿轮箱输入轴端的轴向振动幅值较大,频率为32.512 Hz;本文首先通过对棒材轧机齿轮箱整体模型进行模态分析,预估齿轮箱的动态特性,再建立试验测试模型并施加约束,进行ODS分析,得到齿轮箱在工作过程中真实的变形情况,最后结合有限元模态分析结果与ODS试验结果,确定轧机齿轮箱异常振动原因,并应用相关信号测试技术对结果进行了验证。The unusual vibration of the main gear-box in the bar roiling inill was found while it was running for Ф12 mm bar. The axial vibration amplitude was larger than usual. Through the frequency test, the vibration frequency was 32. 512 Hz. Aiming at the phenomenon, firstly, the dynamic characteristic of the main gear-box was estimated by the modal analysis for the main gear-box model of the bar rolling mill, and then a test model was established and imposed with constraint. Secondly, ODS analysis was conducted to get the gear-box actual deforulation during its running. Finally, the abnormal vibration reasons of the gear box were found out by com- bining the results of finite element modal analysis and the ODS test. At the same time, a related testing technol- ogy was employed to verify the result.
