摘　　要：为减少某热轧厂热轧机组PC精轧机压下缸AGC行程和保持轧制线高度,本文介绍了上、下阶梯板厚度的选择及快速换辊的过程、机组轧制线变化范围、AGC行程范围等。In order to reduce the stroke of AGC in PC finishing mill, ensure the height of rolling line, the height adjustment of rolling line and quick roll change process by the technique of upper step liner and lower step liner in a hot mill is introduced. The thickness selection range of step liner, variation range of rolling line and AGC stroke are calculated.
