摘　　要：100t RH炉设备的真空系统由国外引进。本文叙述了该真空系统的性能测试过程,同时对真空系统的设计特点进行了分析。该套蒸汽喷射真空泵采用四级全蒸汽喷射型式,前二段为增压泵,后两级为喷射泵,在喷射泵前后设置三级冷凝器。结构紧凑,占地面积小。The 100 t RH furnace vacuum system are imported from a foreign company. The performance testing process and design characteristics of the 100 t RH furnace vacuum system are described and analyzed. The fourstage full-steamjet modes are adopted in the steamjet vacuum pump. The front two stages are booster pumps, and the rear two stages are jet pumps. There are three condensers to be installed before and after the jet pumps. Its structure is compact. Its floor area is small.
