摘 要:本文从平板理论出发,考虑高温蠕变,推导出坯壳在钢液静压力和温度场的共同作用下承受均匀载荷的四边简支矩形板和四边固支矩形板坯鼓肚模型的挠度解。从鼓肚变形能出发,推导出计算鼓肚变形阻力的解析模型。通过工程实例和实测分析讨论了承受均匀载荷的四边简支矩形板、一对边简支另一对边固支矩形板、和四边固支矩形板坯鼓肚模型的适用性,后两者都适合鼓肚变形挠度计算。Based on theory of plates & shells, the solution of solidified shell deflection under the joint action in both the static pressure of molten steel and temperature field is derived with consideration of the high-temperature creep deformation. Proceeding from the energy of bulging deformation, the analytical model of calculating the resistance from bulging deformation is derived. The applicability of the bulging deformation model for fourside simply-supported rectangular plale, two-side simply-supported and other two-side fixed support rectangular plate, and four-side fixed support rectangular plate under uniform load are discussed on the basis of analysis of project examples and actual measured results. The discussion result proves that the latter two methods are suitable for deflection calculation for bulging deformation.
