摘　　要：分析了SY高刚度轧机压下螺母与立柱抱死的原因,重新设计了压下螺母,解决了SY高刚度轧机压下螺母与立柱抱死而使轧机报废的问题,取得了明显的效果。After analyzing the reason to lock the press-down nut onto the upright screw of SY high-stiffness mill, the press-down nut was redesigned for solving the problem that make the mill scrapped due to the pressdown nut locked onto the upright screw. An obvious effect was obtained by the modification.
