摘  要:随着工程建设对冷弯型钢的功能要求越来越高,使得型材的断面几何形状变得越来越复杂,轧制型钢的孔型设计越来越困难。仅依靠经验估算的设计方法不能满足工程的需求。如何构建稳定的孔型设计算法体系,成为现代型钢孔型设计的难点。基于样条有限条理论基础,建立了新的轧制过程模型,对冷弯型钢成型各道次和过渡区的变形,利用链式存储方式构建Agent结构,实现智能化单道次的冷弯成型应力应变描述,以达到尽量逼近实际变形过程,为推演精准孔型设计提供了理论依据。With the higher requirements to cold-formed steel function, the geometrical shape of section materials becomes more complex, and the pass design of rolling section is more and more difficult. The design methods of relying on experiments and estimation can not meet engineering requirements. So the pass design difficulty to section steel is that how to construct stable numeration system. Based on spline finite strip theory, a new rolling procedure model was set up, which will supply theoretical basis for utilizing chain storage mode to establish Agent structure for deformation of cold formed steel each pass and transition area, realizing stress-strain description of intelligent single pass cold formed to achieve actual deformation course as much as possible, and deducing accurate pass design.
