摘 要:采用冷喷涂的方法进行环氧树脂涂层的制备,通过失重法和扫描电镜对涂层进行耐冲蚀性能分析,结果表明:冲蚀试样呈现先增重后失重的情况,冲蚀角度和压力对涂层有明显的影响,其失重速率与冲蚀压力成正比;相同角度下,冲蚀压力越大,冲蚀失重速率越大;相同压强下,锐角的失重速率比直角的更大;锐角条件下,涂层表面形貌主要表现为切割磨损,并伴有冲击破碎作用;直角条件下,主要表现为冲击破碎作用,涂层表面明显存在应力释放的裂纹。The epoxy coating was obtained by adopting cold spraying, and corrosion resistance performance was analyzed through weight loss method and SEM. The result showed that the weight of corrosion specimen increases at beginning and then decreases, impact angle and pressure affects coating obviously, weight loss is directly proportional to corrosion pressure; under the same angle, the bigger corrosion pressure is, the bigger weight loss rating; under the same pressure, the weigh loss rating of acute angle is bigger than that of right angle; on the conditions of acute angle, the surface morphology of coating shows cutting-wear and impact crushing; on the conditions of right angle, the surface morphology of coating shows impact crushing, and the cracks obviously caused from stress releasing which exists on coating surface.
