摘 要:目的:对ROCHE P800自动化分析仪携带污染进行分析与检测。方法:采取高值质控(血糖的高值质控)血清和3个空白血清连续6次进行逐一测定,检测试剂探针、样本探针、搅拌棒及比色杯是否携带污染,采取混合血清进行不同项目的检测顺序、组合以及重复测试次数的方法来确定。结果:得到了样品探针、试剂探针、搅拌棒及比色杯的携带污染影响自动化分析仪检测结果。结论:通过清洗试剂探针和日常养护可有效地降低自动化分析仪携带污染率,使其能够正常地分析数据。Objective To analyze and test the carryover of ROCHE P800 biochemistry analyzer. Methods Six times of determination by the high quality control serum and three blank serums were used to detect the carryover of the reagent probe, sample probe, stir bar and the cuvette; the carryover was determined by using mixed serum to detect the order, composition and the replication times. Results The pollutants carried by sample probe, reagent probe, stir bar and the cuvette impacted the automated analyzer data. Conclusion Cleaning components such as reagent probes and routine maintenance can effectively reduce the carryover of the automated analyzer.
