摘　　要：对2012中国国际纺织机械展览会暨ITMA亚洲展览会圆纬机的参展情况进行介绍。阐述了本次展会参展圆纬机的技术特点,包括电子大提花功能、电子调线、超细及细针距、握持片、立式沉降片及斜向运动沉降片、斜式压针三角、双面织机导纱器整体调整等特色技术,以及中国台湾典洋公司的专利存储式输纱器、铝制合金三角座、外调三角、耐磨陶瓷导纱器、磁铁开针器、单双面机转换、自动加油系统等趋向成熟的技术。欧洲和日本参展的织机仍然保持着领先的技术水平,同时中国大陆及中国台湾的技术在进步,差距逐渐在缩小。最后指出,要重视织机外观的艺术设计、附件及织机相关技术(如疵点控制系统)的发展。This paper introduces the circular weft knitting machines on the 2012 China International Textile Machinery Exhibition-ITMA Asia,and mainly presents the technological characteristics including large area electronic jacquard function,electronic striping,ultra-fine and fine gauges,holding-down sinkers,vertical sinkers,diagonally-moving sinkers,diagonal stitch cam and the integrated adjusting technique of feeding nozzles on the double knitting machines.In addition,it also introduces the China Taiwan Dian Yang Company's patented storage feeder,aluminum based alloy cam box,outside-operated cams,wear-resistant ceramic feeding nozzle,magnetic latch opener,conversion from single to double,automatic oiling system and so on.It can be seen that even though the machines exhibited by European countries and Japan are still at the leading position,we can also notice that big progresses have been happened to China domestic and Taiwan's products,and the distance is coming smaller.Furthermore,this paper points out that concentrations should be cast on art expression of machine's appearance,development of accessories and other related technologies such as defects control system.
