摘  要:对2012中国国际纺织机械展览会暨ITMA亚洲展览会无缝内衣圆机的参展情况进行介绍。其中,国外唯一参展的意大利圣东尼公司展出3台单面机和3台双面机。SM8-TR1带头移圈功能的单面机,采用特殊的移圈针实现了同一针床上相邻织针间的相互移圈,可以生产移圈网眼织物;双面机带有上下织针之间的翻针功能,可以生产带有罗纹下摆和单双面结构结合的计件衣片,如果这类机器的机号能够更高一些,也可取代双针筒圆机用于生产高档T恤类产品和高档内衣。国产无缝内衣机展出的都是单面机,分为带有哈夫盘的自动扎口机型(有头机)和不带哈夫盘的无头机两类机型。国产电脑无缝内衣机在有头机的技术上日趋成熟,但在新品种方面还没有突破。This paper introduces the circular seamless underwear knitting machines on the 2012 China International Textile Machinery Exhibition-ITMA Asia including machines types and main technological features.The Italy Santoni is the only company to attend the exhibition,which shows 3 single machines and 3 double machines.For single machines,SM8-TR1 bears the loop head transferring function through specially-designed transfer points which can transfer loops between adjacent needles in the same needle bed and thus knit loop transfer net fabric;the double machines are equipped with rib transfer devices between the two needle beds,which can produce body length pieces with rib bottoms or single and double combined knitted body length pieces,the high-class T-shirts and underwear can be also knitted in place of double cylinder circular machines provided that the gauges of these seamless underwear knitting machines can be made much finer.The seamless underwear knitting machines exhibited by domestic companies are all single including automatic welting machines with half points or without half points.The domestic electronic seamless underwear knitting machines show great progresses in welting technique but without breakthrough in new products.
