摘　　要：对钢包用透气砖的使用要求和损毁机理进行了分析,并从透气砖的设计、生产工艺、操作条件、冶炼条件等方面分析讨论了透气砖寿命的影响因素,提出了改善透气砖使用情况的措施,同时提出要保证透气砖的安全性,避免在使用的过程中出现非正常倒包现象,甚至漏钢事故。并对透气砖的发展方向进行了探讨。The service requirements and damage mechanism of the purging plug brick for steel ladle are analyzed, and the influencing factors for the service life of purging plug brick are analyzed and discussed from the design, the production process, the operating conditions and the smelting conditions. The measures of improving the use of the purging plug brick are put forward, and at the same time the safety of the purging plug brick should be ensured to avoid the abnormal ladle-to-ladle phenomenon, even breakout accident in using. And the development trend of the purging plug brick is discussed.
