摘　　要：近年来,农村贫困问题受到广泛关注。以甘肃农村为例,分析得出了甘肃农村贫困的影响因素,主要包括自然条件、人口素质、生产资金、农民工就业、贫困文化五个方面;利用灰色关联度模型进行了各影响因素与贫困的关联度分析,确定各因素影响贫困的重要程度;根据分析所得结论,提出了解决甘肃农村贫困的对策建议。以期丰富农村贫困理论、为相关部门制定农村扶贫政策提供理论支撑和决策参考。Poverty in Gansu Province is mainly caused by unfavorable natural conditions, backward quality of the population, shortage of productive funds, unemployment of the migrant workers, and an underdevelopment culture. The paper analyses the determinant degrees of these five factors using grey relational analysis, and proposes some practical measures to be taken to solve these problems.
