摘  要:目的 :评价接触锰对下丘脑 -垂体 -睾丸轴的影响 ,为保护工人生殖健康提供科学的参考依据。方法 :应用放射免疫法测定了 184名健康男工的血浆睾酮 (T)、血清促间质细胞激素 (L H)和促卵泡成熟激素 (FSH )含量 ,其中锰粉加工、冶炼、焊接和对照工人分别为 36 ,5 0 ,2 4和 74人。结果 ::冶炼作业环境空气中 Mn O2 浓度几何均值为 0 .17m g/ m3,工人血清 L H、 FSH含量高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5~ 0 .0 1) ,而血浆 T浓度正常。接锰工龄 5~ <10年的工人血清 FSH含量比对照组高 (P <0 .0 5 )。逐步回归分析显示血浆 T与空气锰浓度呈负相关 ,但分层分析未见显著性差异。结论 :锰对下丘脑 -垂体-睾丸轴的继发作用明显。Objective:The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of manganese exposure on the hypothalamo pituitary testicular axis for protecting workers' reproductive health Methods:The concentrations of plasma testosterone (T),serum luteinising hormone (LH) and follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) were determined in 36 silling workers,50 smelters,24 welders and 74 control workers by radioimmuno assay Results:The geometric mean of MnO 2 concentration in the air of the smelting worksites was 0 17 mg/m 3,concentrations of serum LH and FSH were both significantly higher in the exposed smelters,but plasma T was not significantly different between the exposed and control workers Compared with control workers,those exposed for 5~<10 years had significantly raised FSH and normal LH and T concentrations The multiple regression analysis showed that the negative correlation was found between the plasma T and air manganese concentrations,but no significant differences were found among the exposed and control groups Conclusion:There is an obvious secondary effect of manganese on the hypothalamo pituitary testicular axis
