摘 要:电熔氧化锆是通过一步电弧炉熔炼而获得的氧化锆,具有工艺简单、流程短、产品成本低等优点。首先简要介绍了国内外电熔氧化锆的发展现状,然后概括了近年来我国电熔法制备氧化锆技术的发展、工艺技术创新,以及电熔氧化锆在耐火材料、陶瓷色料、陶瓷制品、磨料及金属锆等领域的应用和市场需求,同时分析了目前电熔法制备氧化锆在技术上存在的主要问题,并指出了电熔氧化锆的生产及应用趋势。Electric smelting zirconia which obtained by one - step electric - arc furnace melting has many strong points, like simple technology, short process, low cost and so on. The development for electric smelting zirconia in China and abroad were introduced firstly, and technology innovation, the application and market capacity of electric smelting zirconia were also summarized, especially used for refractory material, ceramic pigment, ceramic product, a- bradant, zirconium metal and so on. Besides, the main problems of preparation technology of electric smelting zirconia were analyzed, and finally, the tendency of production and application for electric smelting zirconia were pointed out.
