摘  要:提出一种逆变器损耗分析方法,并以最新的功率半导体逆变模块为例进行实例分析与计算。在对逆变模块损耗分析时,考虑了温度、驱动因素的影响,因而更为精确。通过对新型(理想)开关器件损耗计算,得出逆变器损耗的主要组成部分及影响因素;此外,还对输出滤波器损耗进行详细分析,这为以后新器件(新模块)的实际应用提供参考。A systemmatic way for analysing all losses of inverter is presented in this paper. In traditional analytical method the loss of component has always be analyzed without considering temperature and the performance of drive-circuit. However, for the latest power electronic switching devices the approximative analysis is unreasonable. Thus, more accurate analyze results can be gained if these factors are involved. The components and influencing factors of inverter losses can be obtained by experimental results of new devices. In addition, the output filter inductor losses are also analyed thoroughly. This paper gives the reference to the application of new modules.
