摘  要:介绍了大通量新型高效塔板—立体传质塔板CTST的技术性能,该塔板与F1浮阀塔板相比,处理能力提高80%以上,塔板压降比F1浮阀低40%,实现了大空间传质,提高了气液传质面积,提高了塔板效率。采用立体传质塔板与填料的混合设计方法,对仪征化纤一套PTA装置的尾气常压吸收塔进行了改造设计,结果表明AcOH的吸收率为99.6%,MA的吸收率为98.57%,年可回收AcOH 179 t,MA 2 200 t。不仅解决了尾气排放的环境污染问题,而且经济效益显著。This paper introduced the structure and operational performances of the combined trapezoid spray tray (CTST). The CTST has many advantages compared with the F1 float tray, for example, the flux was increased by 80%, the column pressure drop was decreased by 40%, a large spatial mass transfer was achieved, and it improved the gas-liquid mass transfer area and tray efficiency. By using the mixed design method of CTST and packing, the exhaust atmospheric absorber of one PTA plant in Sinopec Yizheng Chemical Fibre Company Limited was redesigned. The results showed that the absorption rate of AcOH was 99.6% ,the MA absorption rate was 98.57% ,recyclable AcOH 179 t and MA 2200 t per year. Not only the off gas pollution was solved,but also there was a significant economic benefits.
