眼镜蛇神经毒素中枢性镇痛作用的研究

摘　　要：研究眼镜蛇神经毒素 α- Cobrotoxin的中枢性镇痛作用。方法 :给大鼠中脑导水管周围灰质 (Periaqueductal Gray,PAG)注射微量 α- Cobrotoxin,采用热辐射甩尾法观察中枢性镇痛作用。结果 :给予大鼠 PAG分别匀速注射 0 .5、1和 2 g/ L 3个浓度的 α- Cobrotoxin生理盐水溶液各 0 .5 μl(相当于 1.2 5～ 5 μg/ kg) ,出现痛阈明显升高 ,2 0 m in达峰值 (痛阈最大提高2 47.5 %以上 ) ,与对照组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :α- Cobrotoxin具有很强的中枢性镇痛作用。Objective:To study the central analgesic action of purified cobra neurotoxin,α Cobrotoxin Methods:The tested rats were injected with microquantity of α Cobrotoxin through a pre embedded cannula into the position of periaqfueductal gray of midbrain The analgesic action was evaluated by the pain threshold index of swinging its tail after receiving the heat radiation Results:The pain threshold of the tested rats elevated markedly in comparison with that of the control rats Conclusion:The results showed that α Cobrotoxin has good effect of central analgesic action when it was injected into the periaqueductal gray of midbrain in rats
