摘　　要：分析了太原市中小企业产学研合作存在的问题及原因,在总结国内外相关经验的基础上,从更新科研观念、选择适度的产学研合作模式、搭建产学研合作平台并构建利益与风险共担机制等方面,提出了构建太原市中小企业产学研良性合作的建议。The authors analyzed existing problems and reasons of industry-university-research institute cooperation of medium-sized and small enterprises in Taiyuan. Based on concluding related experience at home and abroad, the authors put forward suggestions of building virtuous Cooperation of medium-sized and small enterprises from aspects of updating research ideas, choosing moderate industry-university-research institute model, building collaboration platforms and creating system of benefits and risks share.
