摘　　要：从三网融合竞争环境下的业务角度阐述了广电网络企业BOSS系统设计的思想、技术构架、功能构架以及广电的行业应用需求,同时给出了具体化的、可扩展的系统框架,探究如何设计以客户为中心并整合各个分立的业务子系统的BOSS系统,以全面支撑广电网络企业多业务的开展,确保满足未来业务的发展需要。The author expounded the ideas, technical architecture, functional architecture of BOSS system and application requirements of broadcasting from aspect of competitive environment of tri-networks integration television network enterprise design, and gave a specific, scalable system framework. Then, the authors explored how to design BOSS system of customer-centric and integration of the various discrete operational sub-systems which comprehensively support multi-service radio and television networks enterprises carried out to ensure development needs in future business.
