摘　　要：随着市场经济的不断深入,企业发展也面临着越来越多的机遇和挑战,在企业的营销领域,销售物流占据着十分重要的地位,对于企业的生存和发展起着关键性的作用。企业销售物流作为供应链的重要环节涉及到企业的诸多方面,是一个比较系统的工程,因此在实际操作中应该对销售物流系统多加分析与实践,积极寻找优化策略,减少出现弊端,这样能够有效的提升企业的销售业绩,提高企业的市场竞争力,促进企业生存和发展。With the deepening of the market economy,the enterprise development is facing more and more challenges and opportunities,in the field of marketing,sales and logistics occupies a very important position,for the survival and development of enterprises play a key role.Enterprise logistics as the important part of supply chain related to many aspects of business,is a systematic project,so in practice should be on sales logistics system analysis and the practice of Doga,actively seeking optimization strategy,reduce the occurrence of defects,which can effectively improve the sale outstanding achievement of the enterprise,improve the market competitiveness of enterprises,promote the survival and development of enterprises.
