摘  要:目的:探讨经皮微创稳定系统治疗胫骨骨折的疗效。方法:采用经皮微创稳定系统治疗胫骨骨折31例,其中男20例,女11例,平均年龄40岁。胫骨近端19例,远端12例。按AO分型:A型26例,B型3例,C型2例。结果:1例发生浅表感染、1例发生皮肤水泡,其他病例均一期愈合,所有病例均未植骨,均无畸形愈合。术后平均随访10个月。临床愈合时间约为12~24周。临床近期疗效以Johner-Wruhs方法评定功能,本组病例优26例,良2例,中3例,差0例,优良率为90.32%。结论:微创经皮钢板治疗胫骨骨折,手术创伤小,出血量少,固定可靠,骨折愈合率高,临床疗效好。Objective:Minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis is a new technique for internal fixation.The purpose of this paper was reported to discuss the clinical effects of treating by minimally invasive percutaneous locking plate osteosynthesis.Methods:Thirty-one patients of tibia fructure were treated by minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis,20 patients for men and 11 patients for women.The average age of patients was 40.There were 12 patients for distal end fracture and 19 patients for proximal fracture.Based on the AO fracture classification,31 patients were divided into A in 26 patients,B in 3 patients,C in 2 patients.Results:All the patients were followed up for ten months.Except one for superficial infection and one for skin vesicle,all fractures were healed for one term without inlay bone and deformity union.The clinical heal time was between 12 and 24 weeks.The clicinal effect in near period were evaluated by Johner-Wruhs methods,best in 26 patients and good in 2 patients and middle in 3 patients and no poor.Conclusion:There are many advantages for minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis,such as less trauma and less bleeding,and more stabilization as well as higher healing rate.Therefore,the technique has better effect.
