摘　　要：本文通过实验获取数据的方式进行绘制特性曲线图,对光电二极管与光电三极管的光电特性和伏安特性进行比较他们特性的异同,并分析原因。This paper draws the characteristic graphs by way of obtaining data through experiments, and by comparison, finds out the similarities and differences between photodiodes and photoelectric triode in aspects of electrical and optical properties, and ampere characteristics, and then analyzes the causes.
