摘　　要：文章针对现行法律框架下,网页因作品类型的归属问题而遭遇著作权保护的困境,提出现阶段应将网页作为汇编作品,并借鉴数据库特殊权利、结合反不正当竞争法进行保护的建议。According to the existing legal framework, a webpage for the work in the ownership of the type and incurring the plight of copyright protection, this article proposes that, at this stage, the pages should be considered as assembly work, and at the same time, should learn from database of the copyright, and be combined with special database anti-unfair competition law.
