生态文明视阈下的鄱阳湖经济区建设策略探析

摘　　要：鄱阳湖生态经济区建设的难点在于保证社会经济和生态环境的协调性发展。马克思主义生态文明以生态效益为核心价值,给出了实现人与自然、人与人、人与社会和谐相处的理论指导。在发展生态产业、走低碳发展之路的同时,还需要在湖区内营造文明和谐、积极向上的人文环境。此外,通过配套政策、法规的引导,让人民共享湖区的建设成果。最终,把鄱阳湖生态经济区建设成一个经济与生态全面、协调、可持续发展的全国性示范区域。The difficulty of the construction of Poyang lake ecological economic zone lies in the coordinative development of economic and ecology. The key value of Marxism ecological civilization is eco-efficiency. It pro- vides the important theoretical guidance for realizing the harmonious relations among nature, human and society. In order to achieve this goal, we should give priority to the development of eco-industries, and take the low carbon development path. At the same time, we have to ensure all people to share the outcomes of the economic and social construction through drawing up some supporting policies and regulations. Accordingly, the Poyang lake ecologi- cal economic zone will be built as a national demonstration area due to its comprehensive, coordinated and sustain- able development of economic and ecology.
