摘  要:风洞天平校准过程步骤多,且影响校准结果的因素多,通常采用的事后检验结果的方法难以确保校准结果数据质量。为了确保校准结果质量,运用过程控制方法,分析风洞天平校准过程,对影响校准结果数据质量的关键环节提出了具体的控制要求和控制措施,并且编制了专用校准软件程序实现对校准过程的控制,把风洞天平校准由事后检验结果改变为事前控制过程。应用结果表明:在风洞天平校准中应用过程控制方法达到了确保校准过程受控、提高校准数据质量和工作效率的预期效果。There are too many steps in the calibration process for wind tunnel balance and many factors affecting the calibration result. It is difficult to insure calibration quality by verifying the result after the event. In order to control calibration process and ensure calibration quality, statistic process-control method was applied, and the calibration process of wind tunnel balance was analyzed. Key factors that influence the calibration result were put forward. Custom calibration software was developed to control the calibration process, and the method of verifying a result after-event was changed into before-event instead. Application results demonstrated that the statistic process-control insured the controlling of calibration process and improved the calibration quality and worked efficiency.
