典型石山地区小城镇用地扩展特征及驱动力分析——以广西都安瑶族自治县县城为例  

Analysis of County Land Use Expansion Features and Driving Forces in Typical Rocky Mountainous Areas——A case study of DuAn Autonomous County of Yao Nationality

摘　　要：运用1991年、1999年、2004年三个时期的广西都安县城土地利用TM影像图和2009年的土地利用现状图提取四个时段城镇用地空间数据,基于GIS空间分析技术,运用定性分析和定量分析方法,对都安县城城镇用地扩展面积、扩展速度、扩展强度指数、城镇用地弹性系数等特征进行分析。结果表明:1991—2009年间,都安县城镇用地扩展明显。都安县城镇建设用地扩展以交通—河流主轴线状城镇扩展模式为主。都安县城镇建设用地扩展的主要驱动力是国民经济发展、人口增长、政策因素、交通条件改善。Based on the TM image maps on the land use of DuAn county in 1991, 1999, 2004 and the present land use map in 2009, this paper extracts spatial data from the four periods. By using the GIS spa- tial analysis technology, this paper analyzes the characteristics of the expanding area, speed and intensity of the urban area with qualitative and quantitative analysis. Meanwhile, this paper also shows how the urban land＇s elasticity coefficient of DuAn County is affected by the same method. The result shows that the growth of urban land use is obvious from 1999 to 2009. The main expansion mode of urban building lands in DuAn County is the urban expansion mode set along the main axis of transportation and rivers. The main driving forces of urban building lands＇ expansion of DuAn are the development of national economy, popu- lation growth, policy factors and traffic condition improvement.
