12种消毒杀虫水剂对蚊蝇和蟑螂的灭效观察

摘　　要：目的对筛选出的几种杀虫剂复方加入消毒剂组成消毒杀虫剂复方,在试验室观察其对标准试虫的杀灭效果。方法根据GB/T 13917.2-2009用圆筒法测定喷射剂对3种标准试虫的击倒中时(KT50),根据GB/T 13917.10-2009,测试模拟现场试验结果。结果 12种复方制剂存放1 h、15 d、30 d、60 d对淡色库蚊、家蝇和德国小蠊的平均KT50值分别为7.4、4.92、4.47、5.10 min,2.5、2.49、2.67、2.95 min,5.88、4.24、4.12、4.28 min,达到快速击倒的要求;据配对的t检验结果推测,使用的消毒剂三氯异氰脲酸对淡色库蚊和德国小蠊的击倒起到了增效作用;模拟现场试验中,12种配方对3种试虫的1h击倒率和24h死亡率均为100%。结论 12种复配消毒杀虫剂配方均达到了快速杀灭蚊蝇和蟑螂的效果。Objective In order to observe the the efficacy of insecticides and disinfectant compounds for killing Culex pipiens pallens, Musca domestica and Blattella germanica. Methods KT50 of the twelve kinds of aerosol in- secticides and disinfectant were tested according to GB/T 13917.2 -2009 in hermetic round canister; Killing efficacy in analogous sites were tested according to GB/T13917.10 -2009. Results The average KTs0 of the twelve com- pounds, which were stored in 20℃ for lh,15 d,30 d,60 d were 7.4,4.92,4.47,5.10 min , 2. 5 , 2. 49 , 2. 67 , 2. 95 min, 5.88,4.24,4.12,4.28 min to Cx. pipiens pallens and M. domestica respectively ;The 24 h - mortality of insects used in the hermetic round canister were 100% ;The one hour killing efficacy of the six aerosol insecticides in analo- gous sites to Cx. pipiens pallens,M, domestica and B. germanica were 100%. Conclusion The twelve aerosols in- secticides compounds all showed fast killing effects in killing Cx. pipiens pallens, M. domestica and B. germanica.
