摘  要:目的利用风险评估法对北京怀柔雁栖湖生态示范区主要病媒生物危害与相关疾病发生风险进行评估,为正在筹建的北京雁栖湖生态示范区病媒生物的控制提供科学依据。方法通过分析风险性事件发生的概率和事件发生后造成的后果,对风险进行分级,建立风险评估指数矩阵,综合分析主要病媒生物对生态示范区媒介生物性疾病发生的风险水平。结果雁栖湖生态示范区存在不同程度的媒介生物性传染病发生和病媒生物造成骚扰的危险:示范区面临着中等程度的鼠传疾病的风险和低等程度的蚊传疾病的风险,存在着肾综合征出血热疾病流行的风险。结论通过科学评估病媒生物可能带来的危害风险,针对不同风险制定相应的防控措施,确保示范区不发生重大生物危害事件的发生。Objective To provide the scientific basis to the vector control of this building ecological demonstra- tion zones under, using risk assessment method to evaluate risk index of the damage caused by vectors and related dis- eases in Yanqi ecological demonstration zones, Huairou, Beijing. Methods Analysising the occurrence probability of risk events and the consequences caused by these events, classifying risk, establishing risk assessment index matrix and predicting the risk level of vector diseases in the ecological demonstration zones. Results Varying degrees of vector infectious diseases and biological vector nuisance caused by danger existed in the Yanxi ecological demonstra- tion zones. The demonstration area was facing the risk of moderate rodent-borne diseases and low degree mosquito- borne diseases, there was risk of hemorrhagic fever epidemic. Conclusion Corresponding prevention and control measures is established based on the scientific assessment of potential risk casued by vectors, which ensure that no serious harmful events caused by vector in ecological demonstration region.
