23例采用髋关节镜治疗股骨头缺血性坏死患者的护理

摘　　要：目的总结23例股骨头缺血性坏死患者采用髋关节镜治疗的护理经验。方法指导患者进行术前的适应性锻炼,术后严密观察病情,做好并发症的预防和康复护理及出院指导。结果本组23例患者,22例患者髋关节疼痛症状基本消失,日常功能活动得到改善。疗效:优14例,良6例,可2例,差1例,优良率86.9%。本组无1例患者发生切口感染、肺部感染、下肢深静脉血栓。结论做好手术前后护理对提高髋关节镜治疗股骨头缺血性坏死的效果具有积极的意义。Objective To summarize the experience of nursing patients with femoral head avascular necrosis treated by hip arthroscopy. Methods 23 patients in the study were instructed to take adaptive exercises and nursed preoperatively. Prevention of complications, rehabilitation nursing and discharge instructions were all performed. Results Pains were greatly relieved and daily functional activities were improved in 22 patients. Excellent curative effect was achieved in 14 cases, good effect in 6 cases, moderate effect in 2 cases and poor effect in 1 cases. The excellence and good rate was 86.9%. There were no infections of incisional wounds, pulmonary infections and thrombosis in deep veins of lower limb. Conclusion Perioperative nursing can improve the curative effect of hip arthroscopy on femoral head avascular necrosis.
